Five years ago in principina a mare (GR) the "bottega del buttero" was born, a merenderia that has carefully selected the best artisans of the Grosseto area of sauces and preserves ,so much so that the many consents meant that in March 2022 LA COMMERCIALE DEL BUTTERO was born in Grosseto, a company that encompasses in a single brand many small artisanal realities of the Maremma and surrounding areas. With us you will find the recipes of grandmothers of yesteryear and rediscover old forgotten recipes, in addition to sauces and preserves we will delight your palate with excellent bronze-drawn pasta and special meats and cheeses all strictly artisanal,get ready for the joy of your taste!!!!
